Refund Policy
Membership: Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise advised by the membership committee.
Cancellation policy for events and conferences: A full refund less a $50 administration charge will be given for cancellations received in writing up two weeks before the event. A fee of 50% of the standard rate will be charged for cancellations within one week of the event.

Customer Service Policy
The SME Association of Australia is committed to providing exceptional customer service. We endeavour to make sure that all prices listed on our website are true and correct. In the event that we are unable to fulfil your request we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative or a full refund.

Pricing Policy
All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax) as of the 6th of October, 2011.
